Gabriel Soo, P.Eng.
Gabriel Soo, P.Eng. is a Drilling and Completions Engineer with Ramdar Resource Management Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
Gabriel began his oil and gas career in 2006 with Ryan Directional Services, where he served as a Well Planning Supervisor and Service Quality Coordinator. During his tenure at Ryan, he supported operators by delivering optimized pad layout designs and lateral placements, identifying anti-collision risks, and completing torque and drag analyses. He also conducted KPI reviews and prepared service quality reports as required.
In his role at Ramdar, Gabriel liaises with governmental and regulatory bodies and provides regulatory reporting on behalf of clients. His responsibilities also include well planning, programming, engineering, design, and KPI tracking, all of which are integral components of his role with the company.
